CPD Global is a trading brand of MARTIN WOLF LTD (company no. 14466857), registered in England and Wales. It is a voluntary, private course-quality assessment scheme. It does not award degrees, professional licences or statutory qualifications, and certification would not guarantee acceptance by any employer, regulator or professional body.
Our relationship with CPD College
CPD Global is operated by MARTIN WOLF LTD. CPD College is operated by a separate limited company under different ownership. The two businesses maintain a commercial relationship as business partners. Based on the owner’s confirmation, there are no cross-shareholdings, ownership interests or reciprocal control rights; these details have not yet been verified and must be confirmed before any contracting.
Legal separation does not by itself remove commercial or personal conflicts of interest. Under our draft Impartiality & Conflict of Interest Policy (POL-02) the relationship is recorded, declared and managed, and we do not describe ourselves as “fully independent”.
All eight scheme documents are v1.0 DRAFT — for director review, not in force. The proposed director’s resolution (RES-01) is unsigned and is not evidence of approval. No applications, assessments, payments or certificate issuance take place until formal authorisation and testing.
